What is the Return & Exchange policy?
For Return or Exchange, you have to send us the clear images of the product and the scanned Invoice Bill so that we could check and authorise you the Return or Exchange for the specific product.
In how many days, my order will be delivered?
We keep little stock. Most items are ordered on demand and shipped from our forwarding warehouse based overseas. The delivery of the product will take 07 to 15 working days and the time will exceed at the time of the festivals because of the load
When is my order shipped?
The order will be shipped within 3-5 working days and the tracking number will be updated.
Can I order multiple quantities for the same products at a single time?
Sure! You can order multiple number of quantities for a particular product and will get discount as per you cart. The order limit, however, will be subject to the availability of stock at the time of placing the order.
How will the delivery be done?
All orders are delivered through our courier service partners within 07 to 15 working days after your order.
How do I pay using Credit Card/Debit Card?
We accept payment made by both Credit and Debit Card, Gpay, UPI etc. We accept payments made using Rupay, Visa, MasterCard and International cards too. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need to fill your card number, expiry date, three- digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.
